Our Mission
The Office of Off-Campus Housing Resource Services (OCHRS), under the direction of Auxiliary services, identifies and meets the needs of the Georgetown University community as it pertains to off-campus housing, by providing quality and informative service in a cooperative, efficient, and informed environment. Our office facilitates the creation of community and extends the learning environment beyond the campus by supporting the core missions of the University: teaching, research, patient care, and service, through communicating off-campus housing listings and other information. We are committed to providing “best value” services through the use of farsighted leadership, compassionate listening, and training for growth, as we strive to exceed the expectations of our customers.
