Services We Provide
OCHRS provides an on-line forum where area landlords will post an ad for an available room, apartment, house, townhouse or condo, and is available to update, repost or delete any previously running rental ad.
Students can post themselves on our Roommate Listings as a potential roommate, renter, or subletter, and is able to update, repost or delete any previously running ad.
Faculty may post their properties on our Sabbatical Listing service. They may even offer to swap accommodations with other Faculty.
Additionally we staff a resource center, which is open daily to the public. The center provides computer, printer, and telephone access, as well as, handouts, periodicals, forms, sample leases, area maps and apartment brochures.
