Jim Ward came to Georgetown in 2001. Before opening the OCE, Jim served as the primary counsel to the Medical Center and oversaw litigation for the University as a member of the Office of the Vice President and General Counsel. Prior to coming to Georgetown, Jim was a Senior Trial Counsel in the Civil Fraud Section of the Commercial Litigation Branch of the United States Department of Justice and served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Gilbert S. Merritt of the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. A graduate of Williams College and Vanderbilt Law School, Jim has also taught at the George Washington University School of Law.

Sepehr Zanganeh began working at OCE in 2006. Prior to his arrival at OCE, Sepehr worked at a law firm, another University and with several non-profit organizations. Sepehr is fluent in several languages and holds masters degrees from Georgetown and American University. He is a member of the adjunct faculty and is currently taking classes toward his Ph.D.
