Recruitment Resources and Outreach
In order to achieve a diverse workforce throughout the University, the Office of Institutional Diversity, Equity & Affirmative Action undertakes special recruitment efforts for both academic and staff personnel. The Office provides academic areas and human resource specialists with recruitment information designed to diversify applicant pools and facilitate hiring opportunities for under represented groups at all levels of employment.
