  • a native speaker with professional-level proficiency in one of the above languages
  • an advanced English speaker
  • a US citizen
  • a college graduate
  • able to commit to a full-time day program for 6 months
  • able to commute to Georgetown University for classes
  • willing to work for the federal government for 1 year
