Student of Color Alliance Funds Request Application

To request financial assistance for your organization from the Student of Color Alliance please complete the information in the form below.  Upon receipt of your complete application, you will be contacted by the current SOCA Chair in regards to the date in which your proposal will be presented.  You will be asked to attend this meeting, explain your request to the voting members of SOCA, and answer any questions the representatives may have concerning your event.  You will be notified of the Alliance's decision within 24 hours of that meeting.

Before submitting your application, please verify that it is in compliance with the application standards that have been adopted by the Student of Color Alliance and the Center for Multicultural Equity and Access as found in Article IX, Section 4 of the SOCA Constitution.

All funds allocated by the Student of Color Alliance will become null and void if they are not claimed within thirty (30) days from the date of the program/event, unless mitigating circumstances are approved by SOCA.

 

***NOTE: Your application will not be considered complete until a full budget for your event is submitted to the SOCA Chairs (georgetownsoca@gmail.com) in addition to your application.***
