Georgetown University's Department of Anthropology maintains a varied list of great resources for its current students, faculty, and graduates. In this section you will find information about scholarships and grants, summer and study abroad programs, competitions, and research opportunities. Because of the nature of the material they study, students of Anthropology are encouraged to explore a broader field of scholarship than that offered by the Georgetown campus itself. The social sciences require an understanding of and participation in human interactions that can only be realized out in the world. To this end, the Department keeps this list to aid its students in their endeavours.
