DG Student Denis Cosgrove Published in National Interest

Second-year Democracy and Governance MA student Denis Cosgrove wrote about the danger posed by America's multiplying security commitments in a recent issue of National Interest.  According to Cosgrove, "the United States is increasingly constrained by a superfluity of alliances and security guarantees that range from the confusingly vague to the unnecessarily redundant."  The full article, "Bank of America," is available online.

Cosgrove is a senior consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton and an associate scholar at the Center for European Policy Analysis.
