Faculty Member Launches Professional Networking Site in Peace and Development
Over the past two years, Dr. Craig Zelizer, Associate Director of the Conflict Resolution Program, has overseen the development of the Peace and Collaborative Development Network. The free online network encourages interaction between individuals & organizations worldwide involved in development, human rights, civil society development, conflict resolution, democratization, and related fields.
The network currently has over 6000 members from 180 countries. The site provides a space to share resources, network and also offers several resources guides to careers, scholarships, internships, funding, IT resources, and promising practices in the field. Discussion topics and personal blogs can be posted. The site also has a video section where members can access and view videos related to the field.
