Basic Italian

The writing objective of this unit is to guide students to produce a 3/4 page description of their house or apartment using effective connectors and adequate vocabulary, while also expressing their personal preferences.

 
The writing activity aims to develop the ability to write a coherent descriptive piece. It is presented within a framework that raises awareness of cultural differences between an Italian and an American home through design, floor plan, and furniture.

 
Knowledge needed fo this activity: Students have already learned the basic vocabulary connected to this unit in previous lessons.
