Center for Peacemaking and Conflict Studies, Fresno Pacific University
Drawing upon Fresno Pacific University's academic strength and historic peace church tradition, and upon successful local conflict resolution programs, the Center was established to unite theory and practice of peacemaking. Graduate programs include master of arts and graduate certificate programs in mediation, restorative justice, and conflict management in a variety of settings. Undergraduate options include an interdisciplinary minor and focus series in conflict studies. Many courses offered through the Center are open to the general public.
Department of Peace Studies, University of Bradford
Offering full undergraduate degree, MA diploma and PhD research programmes, as well as being a centre for wide-ranging peace studies research, the Department of Peace Studies at the University of Bradford is the largest university centre for peace studies in the world. Institute on Global Conflict and Cooperation (IGCC), University of California
The University of California Institute on Global Conflict and Cooperation (IGCC), a multicampus research unit of all nine UC campuses plus the Lawrence Livermore and Los Alamos national Laboratories, now offers system-wide information and publications. In addition to its traditional work on arms control and proliferation, IGCC has expanded its research agenda to include several broad areas of inquiry: regional relations, international environmental policy, international relations theory, and the domestic sources of foreign policy.
The two-year program is designed to be small in size and intensive. It is housed in the Government Department, but is offered in conjunction with many other departments and schools at Georgetown University. The program seeks to build on and reinforce Georgetown University's traditional commitments to peace, outreach, and ethics.

Stockholm International Peace Research Institute
SIPRI is an independent international institute for research into problems of peace and conflict, especially those of arms control and disarmament. It was established in 1966 to commemorate Sweden's 150 years of unbroken peace. The Institute is financed mainly by the Swedish Parliament. The staff, the Governing Board and the Advisory Committee are international.
