"You’re Wearing THAT? Mothers and Adult Daughters in Conversation."

To celebrate the approach of Mother’s Day, Professor Deborah Tannen will speak about her most recent book, in which she listens in on talk between women and their mothers. She’ll explain why these can be the best and the worst of all possible conversations–and how to make more of them the best. Men as well as women are welcome. Reception and book signing to follow.
