Welcome to the Department of Performing Arts
Georgetown University Music Program's free Friday Music Series continues its performances on February 10 at 1:15 p.m. in McNeir Hall with violinist Netanel Draiblate, concertmaster of the Annapolis Symphony Orchestra, and pianist Lura Johnson in a program of Paganini, Ysaye, Grieg, and Brahms.

Georgetown Improv Association's ImprovFest will be held Friday and Saturday, February 10-11 -- two nights of unscripted, unrehearsed, and unbelievable improvised comedy, performed by the Assocation as well as by visiting collegiate and professional improv theaters from across the country.
The Friday, February 10 show features the acclaimed Upright Citizens Brigade Touring Company & The Ohio State University's "8th Floor Improv" at 8 p.m. in Gaston Hall.
and Saturday, February 11 features Washington Improv Theater's "Season Six" & University of Maryland's "The Bureau" at 9 p.m. in Bulldog Alley.
Called “that rarity of rarities, a super-smart show that is also a bona fide crowd-pleaser” by the Wall Street Journal, the Tony Award-winning one-act musical The 25th Annual Putnam Spelling Bee (February 16-25) follows six neurotic kids as they compete for the treasured prize of becoming the winner of their county spelling bee.
