Ellen Johnson-Serafini, a Ph.D. candidate in the Spanish Linguistics program, received recognition for her graduate abstract by the American Association for Applied Linguistics.  Her abstract was chosen as one of the top 20 graduate abstracts for the 2012 AAAL conference being held in Boston this March.  The presentation is titled: "Corrective feedback patterns and teacher perspectives in an English/Spanish dual language immersion context".
