Alumnus, Luis Cerezo, Ph.D., 2012 Harold N. Glassman Award Winner
Luis Cerezo, Ph.D., has been awarded the 2012 Harold N. Glassman Dissertation Award in the Social Sciences. Luis' dissertation co-directors were Dr. Ronald P. Leow and Dr. Cristina Sanz of Georgetown University. He is currently an Assistant Professor at American University in the Department of Languages and Foreign Studies.
Luis will be honored for his acheivement at an awards ceremony on May 17th and at Georgetown's Graduate Commencement ceromony on May 18th. The Spanish and Portuguese Department would like to congratulate Luis on this prestigious award!
