Ph.D. candidates Jessica Cox and Ellen Johnson-Serafini have both received Language Learning Dissertation Grants.  These grants are awarded by the Board of Directors of Language Learning which will assist with the candidates dissertation research.  Jessica's research focuses on studying the effects of bilingualism and aging in cognition and Ellen's research focuses on studying the effects of motivation and aptitude in L2 development.
