3. Have an average of 3.5 in Spanish courses from Advanced or Intensive Advanced and above and no grade lower than a B.
Graduate students are eligible if they have completed 15 credits of graduate courses in Spanish, including two literature courses, and have a B+ average. Those who are already members of another chapter are requested to contact Tania Gentic: tg227@georgetown.edu.
Election to Sigma Delta Pi is based on scholarship in general, a high level of attainment in the study of Spanish, a genuine interest in things Hispanic, and professorial recommendation. If accepted, the student must attend the initiation ceremony in early April (date and time TBA). A one-time dues charge of $25 includes certificate and pin.
