GULLP

GULLP (Georgetown University Luso-Hispanic Linguistics Papers - Electronic Journal) is a publication run by graduate students in the Department of Spanish and Portuguese at Georgetown University featuring papers from different areas in Luso-Hispanic Linguistics. Topics include Phonology, Syntax, Semantics, Foreign Language Acquisition, Historical and Sociolinguistics.
GULLP accepts submissions from graduate students in any of these disciplines in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
GULLP is pleased to announce its third Call for Papers. GULLP is a publication run by graduate students in the Department of Spanish and Portuguese at Georgetown University featuring papers from different areas
in Luso-Hispanic Linguistics. Topics include Phonology, Syntax, Semantics, Foreign/Second Language Acquisition, Historical Linguistics, Dialectology, and Sociolinguistics. The purpose of GULLP is to provide graduate students
with an opportunity to present their papers in a yearly electronic venue and to receive feedback from peers and senior researchers.
We invite students from all areas of specialization in Luso-Hispanic Linguistics to participate. GULLP accepts submissions in English, Portuguese, and Spanish. The submission deadline is December 22, 2008. The
paper should describe original, unpublished work that may be in progress. Authors are limited to a maximum of one individual and one joint submission (papers co-authored with faculty will not be accepted). Submit the paper
indicating the area of Linguistics your contribution fits best: Phonetics/Phonology, Foreign/Second Language Acquisition, Syntax/Semantics, Historical/Dialectology, or Sociolinguistics. Please see submission
