Relevant forms for international students
All non-U.S. citizens (including permanent residents) must complete the Immigration Questionnaire (IQ) from the Office of International Programs and attach required supporting documentation. Please complete this step as soon as possible, particularly if you will need immigration documents from Georgetown.
