Ready to apply to CCT? Keep these tips and deadlines in mind. CCT requires that all applicants submit his or her entire application -- including all recommendations -- via our online application system. Exceptions will only be made in the most extreme circumstances.

Application Deadlines
Completed applications must be received by the following deadlines:
Spring 2009 (no scholarship consideration) October 29, 2008
Fall 2009 (scholarship consideration) January 30, 2009
Fall 2009 (no scholarship consideration) February 27, 2009
CCT Application Materials
- Online Application form
- Non-refundable application fee
- 500-word statement of purpose
- Academic writing sample
- Official transcripts
- Three letters of recommendation
- GRE Official Score Report
- (If appicable) TOEFL Official Score Report or IELTS Official Score Report. These scores are required for all applicants who did not receive an undergraduate degree or higher from a school where English was the primary language of instruction. Applicants required to take the TOEFL or IELTS are also required to take the GRE. The minimum TOEFL score for admission to CCT is 600 (paper test), 250 (computer-based test), and 100 (Internet-based test). The minimum IELTS score for admission is 7.
Georgetown University and CCT's GRE & TOEFL code is 5244. You do not need to specify a departmental code.
