The Law Center’s Child Care Center, located in the Gewirz Student Center on the Law Center campus, offers child care for the students, staff, and faculty of the Law Center, Main Campus and Medical Center as space is available. The goal of the center is to meet the emotional, social, physical, and intellectual needs of the children in a safe, healthy and loving environment. The center serves children 18 months through preschool age, and offers full-time and drop-in care programs as space and teacher-child ratios allow. Faculty, staff, and students with valid Georgetown University ID cards may ride on any GUTS route at no charge. Physicians, staff, and patients with valid Georgetown University Hospital IDs may ride the Rosslyn and Dupont shuttles. Visitors and individuals doing business on campus may also ride free of charge by showing a picture ID at the time of boarding. Buses with handicapped access are available on all GUTS routes. Exhibits
Paintings, sculpture, photography, and other multimedia arts are regularly exhibited throughout the campuses. Traveling exhibits, for example, are featured in the Lucille M. Spagnuolo Gallery and Gallery101 in the Walsh Building. And historic items from Georgetown’s Special Collections and guest collections are on exhibit in Lauinger Library.Performing Arts

Hoya Kids Learning Center is dedicated to providing participating employees’ children with the highest quality early care and education in a safe, nurturing, and loving environment. The center fulfills a key component of Georgetown’s educational mission to weave family needs into the fabric of the University community. Yates Field House
Located on the west side of Main Campus, Yates features a swimming pool, weights and cardio equipment, racquet courts, indoor golf range, indoor track, basketball courts and wellness center, as well as aerobics classes and intramural sports. It also hosts summer camps and sports camps for children. Memberships are available for individuals and families and may be made through payroll deduction. On-campus and offsite parking is available in lots and garages for a monthly fee to University employees. Free shuttle buses are provided between Main Campus and the offsite parking facilities at frequent intervals. University parkers who form carpools receive a significant discount. A limited number of daily parking spaces are available for a fee in the Southwest Garage, which is accessible from Canal Road or Prospect Street. A limited number of spaces also are available on an hourly or daily basis at the Leavey Center P-1 or Lot A. These spaces, which are accessible from Reservoir Road Entrance 1, are managed separately by the Georgetown University Hospital.Shuttle Buses
The Georgetown University Transportation Shuttle (GUTS) helps students, faculty, staff, and visitors travel between Georgetown’s campuses and nearby Metrorail stations. GUTS operates five shuttle routes, connecting the Main Campus to the Georgetown University Law Center on Capitol Hill, to University offices on Wisconsin Avenue, to Metro stations at Rosslyn (Virginia) and Dupont Circle (District of Columbia), and to stops in North Arlington, Va.
