Missy Daniels is a native of Washington, DC. She is a licensed minister and serves as Chaplain-in-Residence for Kennedy Hall at Georgetown University. She is an associate minister at Metropolitan Baptist Church and is enrolled in the masters of divinity program at Wesley Theological Seminary in Washington, DC.Ms. Daniels is also the Vice President of Client Services and Advertising for Walls Communications, Inc. (WCI). In this capacity, she designs advertising, public relations, marketing outreach, and communications strategies for the firms' corporate clients including Ford/Uniworld, the U.S. Army, and Denny's Restaurants. Additionally, she serves as senior counsel for a number of the firms' non-profit clients including the National Council on Disability, the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP), the National Newspaper Publishers Association, and the National Urban League. She also serves as WCI's community relation's liaison.
Ms. Daniels has more than 15 years experience in coordinating meetings, conferences, projects, and promotions for associations and non-profit organizations. Before joining WCI, she served as a meeting planner for the National Association of Health Services Executives. Prior to that, she was the special projects manager for the Committee to Promote Washington, where she coordinated specific program activities and marketing campaigns to promote the District as a tourist attraction. She currently serves as the program coordinator for the National Commission on African-American Education.
Ms. Daniels received a bachelor of arts in political science from The Ohio State University. She has studied organizational management at the University of Maryland, University College.
