Kelly A. Hicks

Kelly A. Hicks serves as a Chaplain-in-Residence in Village C West. Kelly holds a Master's degree in Religion and Ethics from Yale Divinity School where she served as a Chaplain at Saint Thomas More. She also holds a Master's degree in Social Policy and Planning in Developing Countries from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
Prior to coming to Georgetown, Kelly worked at the Joint Center for Political & Economic Studies (as Managing Editor and International Editor of Focus magazine), at The Center of Concern (a Jesuit think-tank), and at the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops (as a foreign policy advisor). Kelly has taught in Catholic schools and has lived and worked in several developed and developing countries, including: England, Haiti, Israel, Jamaica (as a Jesuit International Volunteer), and South Africa. Currently, she is a consultant with Ashoka: Innovators for the Public.
