Protestant Student Forum

A new Protestant Student Forum (PSF) will create opportunities for Protestant students on campus to gather to share plans, meet each other, and jointly plan events.

1. The main goals of the PSF are the following:
     A. Calendar-sharing;
     B. Creation of a comprehensive calendar of events that are
          open to all;
     C. Planning of at least one joint worship event per semester.
     D. The exact nature of this worship event, whether more liturgically
          traditional or creative in expression (such as a coffeehouse), will
          be left to the PSF.
     F. Facilitation of a free exchange of ideas regarding Christian life on
          campus.

2. The PSF will be comprised of one student representative from each group that operates out of the Office of Campus Ministry.

3. The PSF will be a self-governing group of equals and will determine its own leadership structures.

4. The PSF will meet no less than three times per semester.

5. The PSF will share their plans or concerns with the Protestant chaplaincy. Approval for events, event dates, and room rentals will go through the Protestant chaplaincy and/or program coordinator.

6. The PSF will receive a budget.

7. The PSF will appoint one of its representatives to serve on the GUSA Interfaith Council.
