Medical School Retreat
When: August 29-30, 2008
Who: Current First- and Second-year Medical Students
This overnight retreat provides unique opportunity for first- and second-year Medical School students to meet each other in a prayerful environment not far from Georgetown. This simple reflective experience early in the school year can help ground your hopes, dreams and aspirations in an appropriate spiritual context. For this reason, there are times of silence, as well as times for sharing.
This retreat is in the Catholic tradition. However, whether you have or have not been “on Retreat,” and whether you are a Catholic student or belong to another faith tradition, you are most welcome to attend. For more information, contact Sr. Helen Scarry, RJM at 202-687-5996 or scarryh@georgetown.edu.
