International Coverage

Georgetown operates three campuses internationally in Florence, Italy, Alanya, Turkey and Doha, Qatar.  In addition, students and employees travel around the world for a variety of University-related purposes such as research, study, and program development. The University covers its international exposures of students and employees overseas through a foreign insurance liability package that includes Commercial General Liability, Automobile Liability, Foreign Voluntary Workers’ Compensation and Property Coverage. International coverage extends to employees and students anywhere in the world.

International SOS Emergency Assistance Services

Georgetown University has contracted with International SOS to offer all employees and students the highest possible level of travel, medical and security advice and services, as well as access to online information on up-to-date travel conditions.
